Retirement. What comes to your mind when you see this word?

For some, the word retirement means freedom – freedom of time and money to do what they want and taking a well deserved break from years of working. For others, it triggers worries of not having enough money and having no choice but to continue working to supplement their living expenses.

Then there may be some who just dismiss it as, “Aiyah it’s not possible in S’pore one” or simply “I have not really thought about it”

Recently my team and I have been talking to people on this topic to find out their hopes and dreams as well as their fears and worries around retirement. We want to hear from more of you so we started this simple online survey about your retirement views and expectations.

Often we are so busy with our day to day lives that we hardly have the chance to sit down and think about what we want for ourselves in the future, let alone plan for it. I invite you to take just a few minutes for yourself, and have a thought about your retirement through these simple questions.
